These Terms of Service apply to SpeedUp Canada customer accounts created through the public Create a Customer Account process. By creating an account you agree to use the Customer Portal only for your own service requests, quotes, invoices, and related SpeedUp Canada work.
A customer account is not an employee or contractor account. Internal employee accounts are issued only by an authorized administrator.
You must verify your email before the account is activated. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Operational, contractual, financial, and audit records created through the platform are retained according to SpeedUp Canada’s operational requirements and are not deleted merely because an account is closed.
